1.How long will it take for me to receive the product?

Our products are divided into two categories. One category consists of finished products that we will ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. They are shipped by air globally and are expected to arrive at your home in about 7-14 days. The other category involves products that are made to order, which requires about 7 days to fully dry and prepare. After that, it will take an additional 7-14 days for transportation. In total, it will take about 21 days for the product to reach you. Please be patient and wait.

 

2. What materials are used in the product, and are they safe?

Our art pieces use blanks made of resin, plastic, or ABS. The pigments are primarily acrylic, all of which are safe, non-toxic, and non-irritating.

3. Why do we need to wait for 7 days to complete the product?

 

After the product has been designed and made, it needs to be thoroughly dried to prevent cracking in the future. After drying, it requires a surface sealing treatment, followed by another drying process to ensure that the product can maintain its fresh color for a long time. This entire set of procedures takes about 7 days. We will use equipment such as dryers to speed up the process, but to ensure that the product does not discolor or crack, we will ensure the craftsmanship and send it out to you as soon as possible..

4. How do I clean and maintain my fluid art piece?

Please use a clean, soft cloth to gently wipe the fluid art piece. Avoid using any chemical cleaners.

 

5. What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Custom items are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue with the product. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy page for details.
